Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Lolita's Online Boutique is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Lolita's Online Boutique will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. Due to the nature of the products we offer, items purchased are not returnable. Our reasons are simple: Many of our sex toys, adult products, and lingerie are shipped in the usual high quality, professional packaging. However, it is often impossible to tell if it has been opened, used or tampered with. We will not risk the health and safety of others by accepting returns - even if a claim states that the product has not been used.
